I applied for the secured card on line and there was a glitch when I hit submit so I assumed it didn't go through. 2 days later US Bank tries to pull $300 from my account and it was denied by my bank. 2 days from that US Bank did pull $300 from my account. Now they say I was denied the secured card but refuses to refund me the $300. Outright rudeness and thieves!
