Not customer oriented


19.04.17 at 1600 hrs. Went to U.S. Bank in Ralphs Moorpark Rd. Thousand Oaks, CA. 3 months Previously tried to get a 2k loan. This time the female said that it would not be feasible because they look at credit scores. My mom is rerouting her retirement direct deposits here. Did not know if the deposits were hitting in yet. Instead of the female pointing out to us that "your balance is xxxxx amt of $, why dont u take out a secured loan. That way since you have the funds, you can pay back the loan and establish credit for yourself. No, we found out by asking for a current balance that we had more than the $2k we were asking for. So now I really know how competient
these "young brains" are. Thought of this when I got home.
