Horrible Customer Service


I was trying to get help with my verification of my mortgage history on 3 separate occasions. Each time I was told they were sending it out. After two weeks of not receiving it, I called back to speak with someone about it. I was told they were waiting on a $20 payment. A payment they never once mentioned to me. I told them I could pay it over the phone. They advised they could only take a personal check. This is a bank, that could not use their own debit card to process a payment. I explained that the loan I was doing was on hold because of this taking so much time. They refused to send it to me, the new bank I was working with, and refused my payment unless made by check. Upon receiving it, it would then take 5-10 business days to review and send out. This is the problem with big banks. Inefficiency in their process and with their time. Something that would take about 3 minutes to process, now occupied 3 hours of my time sitting on hold, and two hours of their time to explain and speak with a manager. And the manger, Jennifer Lewis, was completely unprofessional. A manager's job is to solve problems. All she did was perpetuate the problem, and continue to waste everyone's time. Instead of admitting fault of her customer service rep, she just aimlessly re-iterated their process like I didn't hear it the first two times. Fortunately, I closed my loan and never have to deal with them, or her ever again. I also closed out every account I had with them.
