  • Unfriendly Bank Manager of BEACHWOOD, OHIO branch unwilling to help



    I needed to have a document notarized and went to US Bank, Beachwood, Ohio branch. However, I made a mistake of signing the document ahead of time and the branch manager Ray Mahoney refused to notarize my document. I offered him to sign another piece of paper so he could verify that it was my signature on the document. He still refused. I've been a customer of US Bank for almost 29 years and certainly did not expect an unfriendly treatment like that.   • US Bank Support Line or Lack Thereof



    My complaint is more along the lines of the support line 800-365-7772. In a nutshell, I locked out my account online because of invalid password attempts. You know, honest mistake. But dear lord, good luck resetting it. They don't allow you too online, ok so I call the telephone number above that it suggests. Every time in the last few days, I ask to speak to a support agent. Every single time, it immediately comes back and says they are expierencing higher then normal calls and then hangs up. I have NEVER seen a support line do this, if there is a wait...I will gladly wait!... More...

  • If you don't have an account with them...beware of applying for a loan



    We shopped around for boat/rv rates and found US Bank had some of the best rates published. However, after filling out an application we waited almost a week with no phone call or no return of our phone calls. We finally learned we were declined. With 750-800 credit scores, no late payments or negative information, we got 3 different answers as to why we were declined. 1. Didn't have enough info to value boat (but never called to get it) 2. We didn't have any history or banks accoutns with them so we were considered a risk 3. I was employeed at my current employer less than 2... More...
